Siddharth Parnerkar is a senior business leader, board & strategic advisory and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience across Telecom, Technology, Education, Consumer and emerging technology sectors. He brings extensive corporate leadership, international business and strategic advisory experience across India, the UK and other international markets.
Siddharth advises Boards, CEOs and senior leadership teams on growth strategy, market entry, international expansion, business transformation, strategic partnerships and leadership matters. His experience also supports Leadership Advisory, Executive Search and Talent Advisory, particularly in identifying and assessing senior leaders aligned with an organisation’s strategic priorities.
With a combination of board-level perspective and hands-on operating experience, Siddharth brings a commercially focused approach to C-Suite Search, Executive Hiring and senior leadership assessment, helping organisations align leadership capability with business strategy and growth ambitions.
Previous Experience
Siddharth has held senior leadership positions with Vodafone, Pearson, Reliance Infocomm, Kodak and Videocon, spanning telecommunications, technology, education and international markets.
He is the Founder of Sipran Growth Partners, providing strategic advisory and business development support to companies seeking to enter or expand in India and international markets. His work includes board advisory, market entry, GTM strategy, business development, strategic partnerships, M&A and business operations.
Academics and Interests
Siddharth holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from XLRI Jamshedpur. He has a strong interest in technology, entrepreneurship, emerging industries, leadership and India’s evolving role in the global economy.
He has also been actively involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, including as a Jury Panellist for E-Cell IIT Bombay’s Eureka!, engaging with emerging businesses and entrepreneurs.
