Responsibilities:
● Act as the primary interface between the company and European customers for Supply delivery
● Ensuring seamless delivery of products to European customers
● Manage the supply chain operations team based in India
● Debottlenecking any areas that may impact the direct in full on-time delivery of Products
● Liaise with internal manufacturing units and external CMOs to ensure supply targets are met
● Liaise with the Procurement team (internal and at CMOs) to ensure consistent availability of raw materials to support manufacturing and supply commitments.
The position will be based in Europe, and the company is open to high-calibre professionals from India, with full visa sponsorship and relocation support provided.
Experience:
● 18–20 years of experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
● Strong exposure to global supply chain operations and customer delivery management.
● Experience managing cross-border teams and global stakeholders.
● Demonstrated ability to manage complex supply networks and supplier relationships.
● Very strong communication skills – with European customers as well as with Indian supply teams
● Quick decision-making and problem-solving to debottleneck issues as and when needed.

The role is responsible for driving international business growth for non-invasive medical devices across at least two or three regions US / Europe/ Africa / LATAM/ Asia (the Far East, Australia). The incumbent will manage B2B sales, distributors, ensure regulatory alignment, develop new markets, and achieve revenue targets while complying with global regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute international sales strategies for regulated markets.
● Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and channel partners globally.
● Drive market entry strategies, pricing, forecasting, and annual business plans.
● Negotiate distributor agreements, commercial terms, and long-term partnerships.
● Support product registrations, renewals, and regulatory documentation as required by international markets.
● Monitor market performance, competition, and customer feedback.
● Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
● Coordinate with Marketing for international launches, promotions, and exhibitions.
● Represent the company at global trade fairs, distributor meetings, and customer visits.
Experience:
● 15-24 years of experience in international business/export sales
● Mandatory experience in medical devices, preferably non-invasive products
● Strong exposure to regulated markets (US/UK/Australia/Canada)
