Having invested over 20 years in the executive search business, Raghavan is well connected with the top industry executives and facilitated a diverse roster of clients in their C-suite searches & installations, leadership hiring, global talent mobility, expatriate recruitment, succession planning and critical capability building initiatives.
Entrepreneur at heart
After successful stints at Promanns Management Services and EMA Partners, Raghavan bootstrapped Fachmann Berater in May 2008 and within a short span of time, transformed it to a retained executive search firm, offering abundant value to both clients and candidates. He has cultivated firm relationship with MDs, CEOs and HR Heads of various blue-chip corporations and closely partnered with Fortune 500 organizations to build high-performing leadership teams amidst ever-changing economic situations and uncertainties.
Raghavan spearheaded Fachmann Berater for around 17 years, accomplishing scores of CXO searches for numerous industries ranging from Additive Manufacturing to Aerospace Engineering. During March 2025, he entered into an agreement and merged Fachmann Berater with Cornerstone International Group.
Academic pursuits and Engagements
Raghavan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and earned his Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
During January 2022, Raghavan authored and published The Unscraped Barrel, an Amazon bestseller in the category of Epistemology. He is penning his next book Freeway to Fruition, at present.
Raghavan loves to read non-fiction and travel in his cruiser bike, when not at work.
