Padmanabhan brings over 30 years of experience in various industries, in the areas of Human Resources and Leadership Development practices. He has handled leadership roles in big Indian pharma companies of global repute – Dr.Reddy’s, MSN Laboratories, PI Health Sciences, and few other manufacturing and EPC organisations – KONE Elevators, TITAN, NCR Corporation, Larsen & Toubro in managerial roles, before moving to Executive search as a career.
Academics and Interests
Padmanabhan has a Masters in HR management from University of Madras. He was a guest faculty member with various premier institutions like SIBM, IMT, and several other Management institutes, in Hyderabad.
Padmanabhan is a respected HR leader the pharma industry and his known for his connect with various global leaders and is very popular by his nick name Paddy. He is a fun lover, engages in various sporting events and enjoys travel with friends and family.
