Jyotsna brings seventeen years of experience to her search work. Prior to joining Cornerstone, she served as consultant at a prominent local executive search firm in Mumbai.
Before her career in executive search, Jyotsna held various positions in the customer services industry. This background has ingrained in her a strong sense of focus and commitment. It has also emphasized the value of teamwork and achieving excellence in her work. Jyotsna’s diverse professional background enables her to approach search assignments with a well-rounded perspective and a dedication to delivering exceptional results.
Academics and Interests
Jyotsna is a management graduate with a Post Graduate diploma in Training and Developm.
Jyotsna holds a management degree as well as a Post Graduate diploma in Training and Development from ISTD. Additionally, she has pursued an MBA specializing in Tourism and Hospitality.
Outside of work, Jyotsna enjoys history, art and visiting museums. She an avid reader and a blogger and would love to “spend a quiet evening with a good book “. She is member of an International NGO; promoting peace, culture and education for the happiness and welfare of all humanity based on Buddhist principle for respect for the sanctity of life. She feels that people can only live fully by helping others to live.
