Divya has joined Cornerstone India as a Partner based at our Gurugram office. Her key mandate is to drive strategic business development and revenue growth across the India region, while developing and strengthening the Executive Search and Leadership practice and managing senior-level search mandates. She brings a highly strategic perspective, having served as the Founder & CEO of Anthea Resources, India and the India Country Chair for Human Resources & Talent Development for The Club Q100 | Group of 100 Global Women Leaders.
Previous Experience
Before joining Cornerstone, Divya spent over 20 years in the executive search and human resources consulting sector. She is the Founder of Anthea Human Resource and Co-Founder of Periwinkle Human Resource, both boutique HR and Consulting firms. Her experience includes more than two decades of global executive search specialisation, focusing on mid-senior to leadership hires across various domains and industries. Anthea Human Resources worked as a strategic partner to organisations across geographies, including India, Singapore, UAE, Germany, and Japan, offering services in Talent Acquisition, HR Policy Design, and NLP coaching.
Academics and Interests
Divya is a member of The Women Economic Forum (WEF) – WICCI SHECONOMY, focused on Empowering Women Worldwide, and maintains a strong emphasis on championing diversity and inclusion across all executive search mandates. As a certified NLP – Life Coach and a Listening Therapist, she brings a unique perspective to leadership development, specialising in nurturing, moulding personalities, and helping people overcome barriers.
Divya has done her MBA, specialising in Human Resources, from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
