CB Venugopal (Venu) is a seasoned professional based at our Bengaluru office. Venu’s primary responsibility is to drive business growth by expanding our services and enriching our global offerings.
With over twenty-five years of expertise in various domains including Sales, Training and Development, Executive Search, Executive Coaching (PCC), and Consulting. He brings a wealth of experience to the leadership team at Cornerstone. With his extensive background, he will be driving GCC, Technology Start-ups and IT practice groups at Cornerstone, while also leveraging his experience to enhance other industry verticals.
Previous Experience
Venu started his career in the late nineteen nineties. He cofounded four organisations including PeopleSmart Leadership Consulting. He has built and mentored large teams, supported CXOs as an Executive Coach in their success and growth and fulfilled search mandates spanning global geographies.
He has supported clients across India, Asia, US and Europe. His track record in building successful teams and his deep understanding of the industry will undoubtedly contribute to our continued success.
Academics and Interests
Venu completed his B.E. in Industrial and Production Engineering from Bangalore University. He is a Professional Certified Coach and has designed a curriculum and high impact frameworks (ACTP) which was accredited by ICF and this in turn led to the certification of several individuals at the ACC and PCC levels from International Coaching Federation.
He is an avid fitness, adventure, and travel enthusiast. He practices meditation and Hindustani vocal music and believes these hobbies add depth and provide a meaningful anchor in his life.
He supports individuals and professionals create breakthrough results, build better relationships and setting up of their life goals.
