Previous Experience
Ashish has held senior leadership roles in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Product Management, and Techno-Commercial functions across some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, including Alkem Laboratories, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Nicholas Piramal, Orchid HealthCare, Mico Labs, and Glaxo India. His career also includes key assignments in international markets such as the UAE and Russia with Glaxo.
Over his career, Ashish has successfully led business expansion in 45 countries across Europe, Canada, CIS, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. He has built business operations through various models, including subsidiary operations, own distribution channels, arm’s length distribution partnerships, and licensing agreements.
Currently, Ashish continues to consult with several pharmaceutical companies in India and Europe, supporting them with licensing opportunities, product development, and technology transfer initiatives.
Academics and Interests
Ashish holds a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and has completed a Business Leadership Program from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad.
