Rachel Carville, based at our Gurugram office is a trusted and seasoned client-advisor on leadership hiring since 1998. At Cornerstone her focus is on setting up new practice groups and building a varied portfolio of clients across verticals
Her experience spans multi-national companies, Indian family businesses and private equity backed portfolio companies, across the spectrum of consumer products, retail, media and consumer digital companies. Her expertise also includes consensus building, conflict management and handling searches of high complexity with unwavering commitment.
Previous Experience
In 1998, Rachel co-founded and partnered the India business of InterSearch (a globally ranked Executive Search firm) and expanded its operations from Delhi to Mumbai, Kolkatta and Bengaluru.
Rachel has been part of several success stories working with global Executive Search Firms from Amrop, InterSearch, Alexander Hughes, and Stellar Search. Before joining Cornerstone, she led Executive Search Practice at a boutique leadership talent advisory firm, which she co-founded.
Academics and Interests
Rachel completed her Post Graduation in Business Management and Graduation in Political Science from Delhi University and is currently based in Gurugram.
She is driven by a deep sense of empathy for people, is energetic, always optimistic, and intuitively sees opportunity for improvement in today’s business world.
Being an avid traveller, she enjoys exploring historical sites around the world, the mountains, beaches, national parks as well as outdoor adventure activities like trekking and rafting.
